Nawazish Khan, MD, MS

Nawazish Khan, MD, MS is a progressive pharmaceutical clinical development leader with 20+ years’ of clinical research, clinical management, and industry research experience. He earned this experience while working with different pharmaceutical companies, notably Servier Pharmaceuticals, Spectrum Pharmaceuticals, Aptose Biosciences, and Spring Bank Pharma. He has worked with different assets including bispecific antibodies, IFN-Alpha 2b, IL-2, STING platform, radio-isotope conjugates, growth factors, TKIs, and modified chemotherapeutic agents. He has worked in solid tumors, supportive oncology and most recently was the clinical development lead in AML/MDS and NHL space.

He has advanced education in medicine, oncology, hematology, clinical nutrition, and business management. Extensive experience in Phase I to Phase IV clinical trials, special patient populations and Healthy Volunteer studies. IND Filing, BLA and NDA studies including protocol development, conduction, and monitoring, IRB approvals, FDA regulations, SOPs related to clinical development, GCPs, and drug life cycle management.

Dr. Khan completed his Hematology/Oncology fellowship at Loma Linda University, CA. He practiced at CTCA/City of Hope after completing fellowship. He has served as Medical Director of Cancer Center at Providence Health, proudly serves our Veterans at VA Healthcare System.
