Vice President of Human Resources
Jason Laura is the Vice President of Human Resources at BlueSphere Bio and has led the functions of human resources and information technology since joining the Company in 2021. Before being appointed VP of Human Resources, Mr. Laura served as a Senior Director for BlueSphere.
Mr. Laura joined BlueSphere from PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy. His broad knowledge of start-up and high-growth organizations, human resources best practices, and operational focus has assisted BlueSphere in growing and maturing our most valuable asset, our team. Mr. Laura has had a diverse career with successful global companies in various industries, including biotechnology, software development, financial services, and industrial manufacturing. These experiences are integral to supporting business and scientific success and how HR can impact an organization.
Mr. Laura holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP).
